The first BioIntegrale wines speak Sardinian.

We came back to Olianas, in the heart of Sardinia, to see the state of art of those who are deeply believing in Biointegrale phlosophy.

The opportunity was tempting: the press launch of the first wines produced entirely BioIntegrale

method (both in the vineyard and winery). Olianas shown us how Biointegrale can be developed in a modern winery. We were thought about a production method that has an essential base in the the Decalogue published here.

The result was beyond expectations: the meeting generated a lot of interest in the press, TV and social, being attracted from a philosophy that knows how to rediscover the old practices translating them into a practical approach, supported by university research and certificated by Biodiversity Friends – specialized agency for the protection of biodiversity.

 

Some observers noted how the BioIntegrale was able to overturn our perceception: “the vineyard is not only leaves, grapes and flowers, but roots able to grow deep into the ground”. Some others found delightful the will to rediscover ancient practices in a country, such as Sardinia, where nature is the protagonist because “dominates over man. There’s just to know ho lo let it talk and flow”. Some others, coming from Sardinia, who have seen BioIntegrale as the “photograph that most of us to imagine the future of our country”.
Someone else focused on the result, or the first 100% BioIntegrale wines: products of armonic synergies.

 

Someone as well considered, in the easiest way, that “Biointegrale it’s a whole new word made in Sardinia”.
