A 100% BioIntegrale range that is about simplicity and authenticity: in fact, purity. And full of flavour. The 74 hectares of olive orchards at Castello del Trebbio, produce classic Tuscan extra virgin olive oils. The pressing of the various types (Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo) takes place directly in the company’s own olive press. Castello del Trebbio also produces the purest saffron in threads, grown and packed entirely on site.
To complete the range we have spelt – both in grains and flour –, Cappelli wheat, fregola (a kind of native Sardinian couscous), many jams made from a number of original single or blended fruits, depending on the season and produce available.
As quality guarantee all ingredients are rigorously produced on DCasadei’s estates and all methods of farming and production are entirely BioIntegrale.
