Tours of the estate and the wine cellars, nocturnal harvesting and typically Sardinian evening meals are all offered at Olianas with its vineyards and olive orchards overlooking the Barumini valley: an endless sky unfolding at every step, country scents lingering in the air and the occasional neighing of the Comtois horses. Lastly a suckling pig roasting in the oven releases ancestral aromas, like those of the myrtle used to add flavour to the tender meat.
